Shirley, (the late Dave’s wife) is a keen lover of wild life and a teacher by profession takes care of all the catering aspects associated with the safaris. Shirley has earned a great reputation for the dishes that she prepares.

Duncan, second son of Shirley and Dave, is a motor mechanic by trade who has had a calling for the bush and is a welcome addition to the team to assist with meeting the increasing demand on safaris.

Lettie gives huge assistance in the catering department and takes a lot of pressure off Shirley. Lettie has been a member of the team since the beginning.
